Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged item and the original shipping packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.
Contact Support
Email our Home Concierge team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if a return is required.
Replacement or Credit
Once we verify the damage, we will ship out a replacement mystery item of equal value or issue a store credit to your account.
